Intelligence was something we thought we knew
Intelligence was once seen mainly as the ability to solve complex problems. It was something technical and measurable. Coding, mathematics and space exploration were considered the domains of exceptionally intelligent people. But with the rise of artificial intelligence, we are discovering that these may be the very things machines find easiest to master. So what will intelligence mean in the future? Could it be creativity — the ability to make something entirely new? Understanding another person. Empathy. The courage to develop something illogical, unexpected and completely abstract. Could intelligence be art? Something impossible to copy. Something that moves people, connects us and feeds the soul. Could it be craftsmanship — or the kind of magic that has taken place in kitchens throughout human history? What if a new age of intelligence has already begun, and the roles are turning around? What if the only value that truly matters is found in art, creativity, or in something the world's greatest analysts never saw coming?
